Dear Customer,
     The future of the American Made Glass Company appears to be a little bit brighter these days.  The top story, as you all well know, is about Fenton Art Glass.  We just received a letter from Fenton Art Glass stating that they will be producing glass at least into December.  Fenton appears to be looking into every option available.  Once they settle on a plan and the bank approves, then Fenton Art Glass can move forward.  We should know within a few months.  We will keep you posted.
     Some other news that we are very excited to mention is that L.E. Smith Glass may be making a comeback.  On a recent trip, I had a chance to purchase some items that have been “Great Sellers” for us in the past, especially the Crystal Punch Bowl Ladles.  We will sell more Punch Bowl Ladles between now and Christmas than the rest of the year.  You will find several pieces from L.E. Smith Glass inside. 
     If you do well with Vaseline Glass, then you should check out the Large Paneled Grape Punch Bowl Set we just received.  Let me tell you, it is a Beauty!   This was made from an original L.G. Wright Glass Company Mould. 
     For those of you who are looking for something on the Rare and Unusual side, check out the new Salt Dips we just received.  They were made using Fenton's Burmese Cullet.  They are not Burmese, but they sure are unusual.   They are Custard Creams with shades of pink.  These were really experimental pieces, so we are not sure if we will get them again.
     Another item we received, which used the Westmoreland Glass Mould, is the Large Open Sleigh Console Bowl in Red.  This is a Great Item for the Holidays!
     The last item we want to mention, is the Turkey Jam Jar.  There are four colors and they are ready for shipping.
     With the items we’ve mentioned, you can see why we are saying the Handmade American Glass Industry is looking brighter these days! !
